What is a Strap-On?

A strap-on or strap-on dildo is a sex toy comprised of a dildo and a harness that’s typically used as a replacement for the penis. Because strap-ons allow women to penetrate a partner, they are most commonly associated with lesbian sex.

However, strap-ons are for everybody, including gay and straight couples. It can also be used by men who already have a penis for, for example, penetrating a woman’s vagina and anus simultaneously (a practice known as double penetration).
